  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another with tracking info when your order ships.

  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take a little longer.

🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Order.

🌍 International Shipping

🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address.

  • A re-shipping fee may apply.

🆘 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
